The journal encourages contributions that engage deeply with constitutional developments, landmark judgments, emerging rights-based issues, and comparative constitutional perspectives. ICLRQ aims to foster informed dialogue among scholars, practitioners, policymakers, and students by publishing high-quality research articles, case comments, and essays.
